2 Bedroom Semi-Detached House

Oxford Crescent, Penkhull st4 7ef

£895 PCM Available: 5th May

  • Two double bedrooms
  • Quiet cul-de-sac location
  • Close to local amenities
  • Good transport links

This property will rent out quickly ! Why……? Well, for starters, it is located in a very pleasant and quiet cul-de-sac within the very popular and highly sought after village of Penkhull. It’s within easy walking distance of shops, bus stops, the Royal Stoke Hospital and other amenities.

Just a short drive away, there are links to all major road networks and the towns of Newcastle Under Lyme and Hanley.

Now let’s look at the property itself because it ticks lots of boxes and therefore, we believe,  would make a great home for say a couple or small family as well as professionals. It is extremely spacious, modern and well thought out.

Once inside the front door, you are greeted by an impressive lounge /diner which in turn overlooks the private rear garden. Did someone say BBQ?

The kitchen, complete with all modern appliances and breakfast bar is large, bright and quite simply fabulous.  There is a further storage area/hallway off the kitchen which leads to the downstairs WC. Those boxes just keep on getting ticked !

Upstairs is where you will find 2 large double bedrooms and the main bathroom complete with bath and shower.

As if that’s not enough, the property also boasts private parking on the front driveway.

This is a real gem of a property so if you are interested, please don’t delay. Contact us today if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing. To be considered for this property the applicant (s) must have a minimum annual “household” income of £30,000.

Please note that in addition to paying the rent in advance, the successful applicant also needs to pay a deposit of £895.00 which will be registered and protected in the government backed Deposit Protection Scheme

Tenant Information

Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an application form is completed and returned by the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.

The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.

A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and bond are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.

By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.

If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
